Responsibilities
- Build AI agents that pursue recruiting objectives, request human judgment appropriately, and recover safely from model or tool failures.
- Turn interview and hiring-team conversations into actionable, trustworthy recruiting workflows and interfaces.
- Make architectural tradeoffs across interfaces, APIs, data models, permissions, and production behavior.
- Design controls and recovery paths for agents acting in customer systems.
- Own customer outcomes from problem definition through rollout, production operation, and iteration.
- Work directly with customers and use AI coding agents for exploration, implementation, and review.
Requirements
- Personally shipped software for external users and owned a meaningful outcome through production.
- Depth in at least one technical area with the ability to work across product, frontend, and backend boundaries.
- Heavy use of AI coding agents while independently designing, implementing, reviewing, and debugging software.
- Interest in direct customer contact, hands-on implementation, and post-launch responsibility.
- Strong care for architecture, correctness, and technical craft as applied to customer outcomes.
