Base Salary
$175k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Break down mission use cases and user-defined problems, build MVPs, and rapidly evolve solutions into cohesive applications.
- Develop high-performance, visually appealing, responsive frontend features for complex use cases and large datasets.
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams in designing, building, deploying, and integrating software systems.
- Collaborate with military and government end-users to gather requirements and translate them into software features.
- Manage customer relationships while leading engineering teams and maintaining product quality, reliability, and performance.
- Travel to secure integration sites to deploy, test, and triage software, generally no more than one week per month.
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, with at least seven years of work experience; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience deploying software for Department of Defense or intelligence community missions.
- Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, and Python, plus performance-focused techniques for rendering large datasets and building responsive interfaces.
- Ability to adopt new languages, libraries, and technologies and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree, prior U.S. military service involving joint planning or force monitoring, and location in or willingness to relocate to specified STR locations.
