Responsibilities
- Drive test automation initiatives and define testing strategies aligned with business and engineering objectives.
- Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks and test suites.
- Perform API, UI, and end-to-end test automation.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Identify quality risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay current with testing tools, technologies, and quality engineering practices.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in test automation using Playwright or Selenium.
- Proficiency in C#, Python, or Java.
- Experience with API, UI, and end-to-end test automation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to performance testing is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot or AI-powered testing tools is preferred.
