Base Salary
$110k - $115k/yr
Responsibilities
- Configure and manage application deployments on OpenShift.
- Create and maintain YAML configurations, deployment manifests, and application templates.
- Support application onboarding to CI/CD pipelines and deployment frameworks.
- Set up and manage MCP infrastructure and connectivity for AI-enabled applications.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot deployment, configuration, and integration issues.
- Manage application configuration, secrets, routes, services, and container deployments.
- Assist with environment setup, release deployments, and platform automation.
- Ensure applications comply with enterprise security and platform standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in application deployment, platform support, or DevOps engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes container platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift concepts, YAML configuration, deployment manifests, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Services, and Routes.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Experience supporting application onboarding, release management, and deployment across multiple environments.
- Knowledge of MCP infrastructure and connectivity for AI-enabled applications is preferred.
- Understanding of networking, load balancing, container security, enterprise security practices, access controls, vulnerability management, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems and shell scripting.
- Knowledge of Ansible, Terraform, or similar infrastructure-as-code and automation tools is advantageous.
- Preferred qualifications include Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, or cloud-platform certifications; AI/ML application deployment experience; exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform; and familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, or Dynatrace.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
