Responsibilities
- Own features and customer-impacting issues through resolution across the technology stack.
- Design, build, and maintain complex high-traffic production software.
- Provide technical leadership and make sound engineering decisions.
- Identify and address technical debt before it becomes a delivery obstacle.
- Work flexibly across backend, frontend, and infrastructure tasks as needed.
- Use AI tools to improve development speed, debugging, and code quality.
- Mentor teammates through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 5–7 years of experience building software for high-traffic production environments.
- High proficiency in Go and ideally PHP.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Experience using AI tools in software development and debugging.
- Strong English communication skills at minimum B2 level.
- Willingness to work in person from the Kraków or Gdańsk office 2–3 times per week.
