Responsibilities
- Create external developer-facing APIs and the underlying infrastructure.
- Identify, deliver, and launch critical user journeys end-to-end.
- Measure and monitor the impact of features across the Business Communication ecosystem.
- Improve user experience by fixing critical bugs and issues raised by external developers and partners.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, UX, Developer Relations, Business Development, Support, and engineering leads to deliver product and system metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of software programming experience in C++, Java, Python, or Go.
- Experience with full-stack development.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: experience building and scaling large-scale services.
- Preferred: familiarity with API design and development, SDKs, Flume, and messaging.
