Responsibilities
- Develop and operate Salesforce CRM systems, including Salesforce Org, frontend reports and GUI, and CRM Analytics.
- Analyze and translate business requirements into Salesforce Apex code and configurations using clean architecture principles.
- Manage deployments through GitHub Actions and handle incidents to maintain system stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage system interfaces.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working with Salesforce or CRM systems in an agile environment.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Salesforce Flows, Salesforce Inspector, CRM Analytics, and Apex.
- Strong SQL, SOQL, and SAQL skills and practical experience with Tableau.
- Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Microsoft Teams, and VS Code.
- Strong communication skills and English fluency at minimum B2+ level.
- At least one Salesforce certification.
