Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation solutions using Blue Prism.
- Define technical requirements and ensure development follows best practices.
- Lead process analysis and translate business needs into scalable automation designs.
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and support quality assurance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and lead technical discussions.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience developing automation solutions with RPA platforms, preferably Blue Prism.
- Ability to design new automations and enhance existing ones.
- Strong technical skills enabling independent work across all development phases.
- Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to convert them into automated solutions.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical topics clearly.
- Very good spoken and written English skills.
