Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize software solutions and applications.
- Analyze and solve software engineering problems using scientific methods.
- Apply software engineering practices across research, design, development, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Organize work, deliver reliable results with minimal supervision, and make informed decisions.
- Build software engineering skills and expertise within the applicable professional discipline.
- Supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers when required.
Requirements
- More than one year of relevant work experience.
- Solid understanding of programming concepts, software design, and software development principles.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and produce accurate, reliable results.
- Ability to handle a range of tasks and problems and apply relevant skills and knowledge.
- German language capability, as indicated by the role title.
