Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale integration solutions using the Boomi platform.
- Design and implement solutions with Boomi Integration, API Management, Data Hub, Event Streams, and Agentstudio.
- Architect modern event-driven and API-led integration solutions.
- Establish governance, guardrails, monitoring, compliance, and lifecycle management for AI agents using Boomi Agentstudio.
- Drive adoption of Boomi Data Hub for trusted enterprise data domains and golden records.
- Lead real-time and streaming integration capabilities using Boomi Event Streams.
- Advise clients on API governance, security standards, and API lifecycle management.
- Develop AI-powered accelerators and AI harnesses around Boomi Companion to improve software delivery lifecycles.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentoring to development teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and executive sponsors on integration strategies and technology roadmaps.
- Promote DevOps practices, platform automation, and continuous delivery approaches.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience delivering enterprise data integration, iPaaS, and event-driven integration solutions.
- At least 5 years of experience in Boomi architecture, technical leadership, or lead development roles.
- Hands-on experience with Boomi Companion, Orchestrate, and Connect features.
- Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise integration architectures using Boomi.
- Deep understanding of integration patterns, architectural principles, technologies, standards, and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-scale, full-lifecycle integration programs.
- Experience with DevOps and automation tools, including GitHub and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Boomi Agentstudio, AI Agents, and agent governance capabilities is highly desirable.
- Experience implementing AI-driven integration and automation solutions is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini is highly desirable.
- Experience building AI-assisted development frameworks or AI harnesses around Boomi Companion is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, consulting, customer engagement, analytical, solution design, decision-making, prioritization, and leadership skills.
