Responsibilities
- Lead origination, solutioning, costing, pricing and commercial shaping for technology and consulting deals.
- Design solution approaches, technology platforms, architectures, staffing models, estimates and RFP responses.
- Lead client orals and advise CIOs, CFOs, boards and other executive stakeholders using credible business cases and ROI.
- Architect scalable solutions across cloud migration, data, analytics, GenAI and agentic AI.
- Create reusable reference architectures, accelerators and offerings for mid-market clients.
- Develop AI-first and asset-led solutioning approaches and take them to market.
- Embed responsible AI, privacy and security into solutions in line with ANZ regulation.
- Build joint go-to-market strategies and sales motions with hyperscaler, data, AI and software ecosystem partners.
- Mentor the next generation of solution architects.
Requirements
- 10+ years of pre-sales and solutioning experience across technology and consulting deals.
- Broad experience across cloud migration and modernisation, data, AI and wider technology opportunities.
- Proven record of winning complex deals with demonstrable outcomes.
- Executive presence and experience influencing CIOs, CFOs and boards.
- Experience building estimates, architectures, staffing models, costing and pricing for client deals.
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies and joint sales motions with ecosystem partners.
- Depth in Azure, AWS or GCP and data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric.
- Hands-on knowledge of GenAI and agentic patterns including RAG, agents, guardrails and MLOps.
- Experience in the ANZ market.
- Industry depth in Retail, Resources, Financial Services or Public Sector is desirable.
- Experience with enterprise applications such as SAP or Salesforce is desirable.
- Cloud or architecture certifications are desirable.
