Responsibilities
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Monitor application behavior, analyze logs and system metrics, and manage incidents to maintain system reliability and performance.
- Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve system uptime.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with multiple teams, and contribute to cross-team technical decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication on issue resolution and system enhancements.
- Use scripting and automation to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 7 years of experience with Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in Spring Boot and knowledge of application lifecycle management and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Ability to diagnose issues using logs and system metrics.
- Familiarity integrating Spring Boot applications with databases and external services.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
