Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Monitor application performance and analyze logs and system metrics to identify bottlenecks.
- Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for complex system issues.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on software updates, integration, and deployment.
- Act as a subject matter expert, contribute to decisions across teams, and provide solutions applicable to multiple teams.
- Manage team execution and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience.
- At least 7 years of experience with Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in Spring Boot and experience with Java programming.
- Experience with microservices architecture, application monitoring, troubleshooting, database management, and query optimization.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education.
