Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance scalable software components and applications.
- Develop and optimize data integration and management workflows using Salesforce Data 360.
- Act as a subject matter expert and make technical decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate project tasks to support timely delivery and quality standards.
- Provide solutions to technical problems affecting multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience with Salesforce Data 360.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Data 360.
- Experience with data integration and management in complex software environments.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting and optimizing data workflows.
- Ability to design scalable software components aligned with business objectives.
- Familiarity with modern software frameworks and agile development practices.
- Competence in resolving technical challenges in multi-team settings.
