Responsibilities
- Design, implement, maintain, and scale cloud infrastructure and the internal developer platform.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
- Automate application, configuration, and infrastructure deployments.
- Manage and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure and improve system performance, stability, and availability.
- Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, conduct load testing, and provide metrics and monitoring to engineering teams.
- Improve system security and compliance and support global scaling.
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations, manage incidents, and conduct post-mortems.
- Build tools and templates that simplify infrastructure work and enable developers to deploy services independently.
- Collaborate with engineering squads and define, promote, and train teams on DevOps best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Experience running systems in production.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and GitOps.
- Experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
- Coding or scripting background.
- Working proficiency in English at B2 level or equivalent.
- Experience in a technology or SaaS company is preferred.
