Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement technical initiatives for the infrastructure platform across a variety of projects
  • Build and support multi-account and multi-region Kubernetes clusters
  • Develop MLOps capabilities and standardized deployment approaches
  • Contribute to the company-wide authentication platform
  • Engage product engineering stakeholders to scope requests and identify shared organizational pain points
  • Prioritize infrastructure platform initiatives and drive platform adoption
  • Mentor and help develop the engineering team

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience building software and operating platforms
  • Experience building applications and automations that eliminate toil for engineering teams
  • Understanding of developer experience and how to increase engineering productivity across an organization
  • Strong communication skills to drive platform adoption among new teams
  • Passion for mentoring and developing teammates
  • Experience developing agentic environments and harnessing is a bonus
  • Production experience with Rust is a bonus
  • Open-source contribution history is a bonus
  • Full-stack software development experience with web applications or data pipelines is a bonus
