Responsibilities
- Design application architectures, APIs, data flows, integration flows, components, interfaces, and technical specifications.
- Create information architecture, design patterns, task flows, wireframes, mockups, and product concepts aligned with user, business, technical, and UX requirements.
- Define solution designs and integration diagrams and evaluate technical feasibility and risks.
- Design and support mobile applications for iOS and Android, including SDK and third-party library integrations.
- Apply microservices, REST API, distributed-services, enterprise integration, and event-driven architecture patterns.
- Support cloud and DevOps operations, including deployment automation, observability, monitoring, and platform operations.
- Collaborate with researchers, developers, prototype teams, stakeholders, and third-party service providers.
- Review developer progress for conformity with design specifications and provide knowledge transfer and employee training.
- Deliver work according to timelines, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and escalate timeline risks.
- Assess business risks and follow applicable laws, regulations, policies, and controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or university degree.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years of enterprise software development experience as stated in the Spanish requirements.
- Experience in digital banking, fintech, or digital financial products.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, data-driven, and results-oriented skills.
- Experience working with an agile methodology and leading infrastructure programs.
- Experience driving or affecting large culture change.
- Experience working with third-party service providers.
- Knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, distributed services, enterprise integration patterns, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with iOS and Android mobile development, mobile architecture patterns, SDKs, third-party libraries, and mobile application publication and operations.
- Strong written, oral communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, observability, and platform monitoring.
- Preferred knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, React Native or Flutter, OpenAPI or Swagger, Kafka or other messaging platforms, and SQL and NoSQL databases.
