Base Salary
$200k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement robust, scalable full-stack solutions.
- Develop responsive user interfaces with React and TypeScript.
- Build and optimize server-side components with Node.js and design efficient Postgres data storage and retrieval.
- Contribute to platform architecture, technology decisions, scalability, and system integrations.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and mentor development team members.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, stakeholders, and customers to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile development activities.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, frameworks, and full-stack development practices.
Requirements
- Extensive professional full-stack development experience, ideally with substantial startup experience.
- Extensive experience working with the stated technology stack.
- Experience owning technically challenging, demanding cross-functional projects.
- A record of identifying valuable projects, communicating their strategy, and executing autonomously.
- Customer-first mindset and willingness to speak with customers to improve product quality.
- Strong attention to important details, commitment to excellence, and habit of reflecting on past success.
