Responsibilities
- Lead the development of responsive, scalable, and high-performing web applications using React.js and Node.js.
- Lead UI development initiatives and drive front-end architecture decisions, coding standards, and development best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, client teams, and technical partners to translate requirements into technology solutions.
- Design and consume APIs and support integration across applications and enterprise systems.
- Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices for efficient and reliable software deployments.
- Use GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and troubleshooting.
- Mentor development team members and contribute to technical problem solving across the application lifecycle.
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT experience with strong hands-on enterprise application development experience using React.js and Node.js.
- Experience leading UI development initiatives and collaborating with distributed delivery teams.
- Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and application integration patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent.
- Preferred experience with Azure or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, modern front-end architecture, performance optimization, security best practices, technical design discussions, and distributed team environments.
