Responsibilities
- Lead, design, architect, and build scalable software for the Agent Access Policies team.
- Own software through design, implementation, test automation, delivery, and monitoring.
- Develop new products and features while reducing technical debt and improving engineering standards.
- Collaborate with product owners, UX, engineering, QA, Technical Support, and Documentation teams.
- Conduct code reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities.
- Mentor colleagues and promote knowledge-sharing.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience building highly reliable, mission-critical software.
- Extensive JavaScript experience and experience building Express and ReactJS applications.
- Experience shipping robust services and user interfaces for production-grade applications.
- Strong experience with cross-browser compatibility, optimization, debugging, reusability, and componentization of high-performance web applications.
- Experience working with cloud systems at scale and understanding of web security attacks and prevention.
- Strong understanding of software development and testing principles, communication skills, and product sense.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Preferred experience with identity, authorization, or IAM protocols such as OAuth, OIDC, and SAML.
- Preferred experience with agent frameworks, AI-facing APIs, or LLM developer toolchains.
