Responsibilities
- Implement production frontend features for the governance platform using Next.js, React, TypeScript, App Router, server components, and streaming.
- Build reviewer workflows for evidence presentation, risk classifications, decision options, escalations, remediation tracking, dashboards, and policy configuration.
- Implement BFF patterns, API integrations, caching, optimistic updates, error handling, and real-time or event-driven data flows with backend governance services.
- Develop automation and intelligent-agent features for risk assessment artifacts, browser automation, audit repositories, and integrations with Archer and Maverick.
- Write and maintain Playwright end-to-end tests and Jest unit tests, and implement frontend observability, accessibility, performance monitoring, and user analytics.
- Collaborate with risk specialists, senior engineers, and stakeholders to translate governance processes and requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with strong frontend engineering expertise and hands-on coding ability.
- Proficiency with React, Next.js App Router, and TypeScript, plus production experience with TanStack Query or React Query and modern React state management.
- Experience implementing BFF patterns, API integrations, enterprise-system integrations, Playwright, Jest, and frontend automation.
- Ability to build user workflows for decision-making environments and frontend applications based on governance, compliance, or operational requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with governance, compliance, risk management, model monitoring, GRC platforms, audit artifact management, agent-based workflows, AI/ML evaluation, regulatory frameworks, observability, accessibility, data visualization, human factors engineering, and regulated industries.
- Preferred familiarity with Archer, Maverick, Radix, shadcn/ui, MUI, Sentry, Datadog RUM, LogRocket, D3.js, Recharts, Plotly, and RBC technology platforms including Lumina, Assist Pro, Agent Control Plane, and LLM Gateway.
