Base Salary
$200k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Set technical direction and architect multi-tenant GenAI platform systems.
- Lead development of secure, scalable platforms and developer tooling for agentic coding and experimentation.
- Integrate generative AI frameworks, LLMs, and evaluation platforms into enterprise-grade solutions.
- Solve complex technical challenges involving reliability, security, and performance at scale.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with Research, Product, and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience.
- Proficiency in C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, or Python.
- Experience with generative AI, large language models, and cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with MCP, LangGraph, OpenAI, and Bedrock.
- Strong architecture, design, problem-solving, security, and reliability skills.
- Proven ability to mentor engineers and influence architectural decisions.
