Base Salary

$99k - $232k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of GIS architecture solutions using Esri Mapping Software.
  • Analyze client needs and provide business application consulting to improve operational efficiency.
  • Plan, budget, execute, and complete projects to meet client objectives.
  • Develop and deploy GIS applications for urban planning, environmental management, and transportation projects.
  • Coach and mentor team members, manage performance, and promote quality delivery.
  • Analyze complex systems to identify interactions, linkages, and integration opportunities.
  • Engage clients and stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and facilitate difficult conversations.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, business growth, and improved service delivery.
  • Uphold professional, technical, conduct, and independence standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 5 years of experience required.
  • Experience utilizing Esri Mapping Software and GIS applications.
  • Experience developing GIS architecture and conversion strategies.
  • Experience leading projects through strategic planning and execution.
  • Experience analyzing complex systems and identifying linkages and interactions.
  • Master of Business Administration or PhD in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, geography, geophysics, information technology, or management information systems preferred.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching teams preferred.
