Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales leadership to understand customer requirements and enable technical solution deployment.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Ema’s technology and underlying architectures.
- Deliver customer-specific product demonstrations.
- Work with customers to execute proof-of-concepts and demonstrate solution feasibility and value.
- Design and architect solutions aligned with customer business goals and existing-system integrations.
- Drive project teams toward adoption of Ema’s solutions.
- Lead demos, proof-of-concepts, workshops, design sessions, and customer implementations.
- Help take Ema’s solution from proof-of-concept to production.
- Assess customer cloud and on-premises environments and work with engineering to create productionizable deployment solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve customer platform challenges, develop investigation tools, and create repeatable processes.
- Maintain technical documentation including solution architectures, integration guides, and best practices.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert for engineering, sales, and product stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Forward Deployment Engineer, or in a similar technical pre-sales role.
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS solutions and cloud technologies.
- Experience with solution design, architecture, and integration.
- Familiarity with relevant programming languages and technologies.
- Customer-focused approach to understanding and solving customer challenges.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
