Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, highly available software applications.
- Build maintainable solutions across front-end, back-end, and service layers.
- Collaborate with business partners, architects, product teams, and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform independent analysis, discovery, and technical investigations.
- Contribute to solution design, architecture decisions, technology evaluations, and build-versus-buy recommendations.
- Troubleshoot complex production and development issues with stakeholders, vendors, and team members.
- Promote quality through testing, code reviews, automation, and development best practices.
- Research emerging technologies and engineering practices to identify innovation opportunities.
- Support application performance, reliability, security, and observability objectives.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Contribute to agile planning, estimation, and delivery commitments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree, or 7+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years of experience in a related field.
- Experience developing cloud-native applications and services is a bonus.
- Experience with containerization and modern deployment patterns is a bonus.
- Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, or financial services is a bonus.
- Familiarity with application security, performance optimization, monitoring, and observability is a bonus.
- Experience mentoring developers and contributing to technical leadership initiatives is a bonus.
