Responsibilities
- Define and drive technical direction for critical platform engineering domains.
- Lead the design and evolution of large-scale platform systems supporting CI/CD and developer tooling.
- Deliver high-impact platform initiatives that enhance engineering productivity and operational reliability.
- Drive the development of self-service internal tools and platforms.
- Act as a senior technical leader across architecture and platform strategy.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align technical investments with organizational priorities.
- Raise the bar for platform engineering through strong technical judgment and best practices.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster technical growth across the organization.
- Anticipate future platform needs and drive investments to support scalability.
Requirements
- Deep experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering at a senior technical leadership level.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale, business-critical platform systems.
- Strong hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle.
- Expert coding skills in a modern programming language, preferably Python or Go.
- Deep expertise with developer ecosystem tooling such as Git, CI systems, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong architectural skills in designing highly available and scalable systems.
- Strong Linux systems knowledge and production operations experience.
- Proven ability to lead cross-team technical initiatives.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and technical leadership skills.
- A passion for building platforms that enable engineering teams to work effectively.
