Responsibilities
- Develop and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ components, including LCM, access requests, certifications, roles, workflows, rules, forms, tasks, and QuickLinks.
- Implement Joiner–Mover–Leaver identity lifecycle processes for employees and non-employees.
- Integrate IdentityIQ with Active Directory, Azure AD, HR systems, and ServiceNow.
- Configure aggregation, provisioning, reconciliation, and error handling.
- Support access certifications, segregation-of-duties controls, audit requirements, production troubleshooting, upgrades, and patching.
- Create technical documentation and runbooks and collaborate with IAM Architects, Operations, Security, and Application teams.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of IAM experience, including 5+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ experience.
- Strong expertise in SailPoint workflows, rules, connectors, lifecycle events, BeanShell, Java, XML, REST, and JSON.
- Experience integrating with Active Directory, Azure AD, HR systems, and ServiceNow.
- Solid understanding of IAM, access governance, role-based access control, and least privilege.
- Experience supporting large enterprise environments.
- Preferred qualifications include SailPoint IdentityIQ certification, Azure AD governance experience, healthcare application experience such as Epic, and familiarity with HIPAA, SOC, and ISO compliance environments.
