Base Salary
$170k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the most advanced healthcare platform in the country.
- Help scale infrastructure that supports the largest health systems.
- Design eval and AI pipelines that are reliable, reproducible, and extendable.
- Shape model interactions by collaborating with engineering and product teams.
- Work with a tech stack that includes Python, Flask, Django, and FastAPIs.
- Engage directly with customers to resolve their issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong backend programming skills, particularly in Python.
- Experience in fast-paced environments with quick shipping.
- Experience building AI applications and designing evals.
- Familiarity with evaluation methods for LLMs and multi-agent workflows.
- General understanding of containers and cloud technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong leadership skills and a builder attitude.
