Responsibilities

Own technical onboarding and success for a set of enterprise customers.
Deploy and operate Superblocks in enterprise environments with customer administrators.
Work with application builders to design, build, and troubleshoot production applications.
Guide customers on best practices and solution architecture.
Solve technical challenges involving integrations, authentication, and cloud infrastructure.
Collect product feedback and collaborate with Product Management to evolve the platform.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver customer outcomes.
Build and maintain internal applications on Superblocks.
Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and reusable solution patterns.

Computer Science degree or equivalent technical experience.
Experience building software projects with modern programming languages and APIs.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn quickly.
Excellent communication skills and interest in working directly with customers.
High ownership, curiosity, and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
Nice to have experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or SQL.
Nice to have familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Nice to have exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, networking, or enterprise authentication.
Nice to have experience in solutions engineering, technical support, consulting, or customer-facing engineering.
