Base Salary
$188k - $251k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build the backend for Tenable's Exposure Management platform.
- Design logic to process and collapse millions of data findings into accurate state records.
- Transition systems to a new architecture for enhanced speed and reliability.
- Deploy and monitor services using Terraform and Datadog.
Requirements
- 8+ years of backend engineering experience focused on high-volume data processing.
- Strong proficiency in JVM languages, particularly Java and Kotlin.
- Experience with stream processing architectures like Kafka or AWS Kinesis.
- Knowledge of distributed systems and challenges related to microservices.
- Experience with stateful processing logic and event sourcing patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and observability tools.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.
