Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of full-stack applications for project management, commissioning, and field data capture.
- Build web and mobile tools for uploading and reviewing videos, images, structured forms, IoT readings, and issue documentation.
- Develop high-performance user interfaces and backend services that support complex data streams, large datasets, and enterprise-scale ingestion.
- Collaborate with backend, CV/ML, product, design, platform, and 3D visualization teams on end-to-end features.
- Drive testing, reliability, performance optimization, architecture reviews, technical planning, and feature roadmaps.
- Mentor engineers, establish best practices, and champion usability and field readiness.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack web and mobile applications.
- Strong expertise with modern full-stack frameworks such as Nuxt.js or Next.js.
- Strong backend engineering experience with TypeScript, Python, or Java, including API development.
- Experience architecting applications for large-scale multimodal datasets and/or IoT data inputs.
- Deep experience building user experiences for field-facing or operationally critical workflows.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure and containerized infrastructure.
- Experience designing domain-driven data models and working with OLTP/OLAP systems.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring small engineering teams.
- Preferred experience includes Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery; offline-capable and mobile-first architectures; 3D visualization, geospatial data, or computer-vision-powered experiences; ML/AI feature development; and CI/CD, observability, and automated testing practices.
