Responsibilities
- Build Stripe capabilities and solutions with key partners to grow their businesses.
- Develop and execute partner enablement plans.
- Lead technical discussions and solution deep-dives on Stripe’s value to partners and their clients.
- Engage CTOs, engineers, and technical leads to share technology roadmaps, demonstrate innovations, and define solution strategies.
- Communicate partner success internally through QBRs and similar activities.
- Provide oversight and assistance during partner sales processes and joint opportunities.
- Educate Stripe sales teams on partner solutions and capabilities.
- Advocate for key partners within sales regions and identify sales partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate on technical content, sample code, and demos for partner use cases and best practices.
- Provide partner-focused feedback and guidance on Stripe products.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a similar customer-facing engineering role, such as solution consultant, solutions architect, or sales engineer, for a global software enterprise.
- Experience co-selling and co-solutioning with go-to-market partners.
- Executive engagement skills and the ability to build credibility with key decision makers at all levels.
- Strong group-facilitation skills and confidence leading strategic customer meetings.
- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architecture.
- Excellent spoken and written communication, presentation, and technical explanation skills.
- Ability to learn Stripe solutions such as Payments, Billing, and Connect.
- Ability to understand how ERP, CRM, billing, tax, and legacy systems interact in enterprise technology ecosystems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills while managing multiple strategic opportunities and customers.
- Strategic and creative problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to challenges.
