Responsibilities
- Work with key partners to build out their Stripe capabilities and solutions.
- Develop and execute enablement plans.
- Engage in technical discussions and solution deep-dives with partners.
- Communicate success internally through QBRs.
- Provide oversight and guidance during the partner sales process.
- Educate the Stripe sales team on key partner solutions.
- Collaborate on technical content to demonstrate implementation best practices.
- Provide partner-focused guidance on Stripe’s product.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role.
- Experience co-selling and co-solutioning with go-to-market partners.
- Strong executive engagement skills and presence.
- Effective group-facilitation skills and confidence in leading meetings.
- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architecture.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn Stripe solutions such as Payments and Billing.
- Understanding of how various applications interact in an enterprise ecosystem.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strategic and creative thinker with a positive approach.
