Responsibilities
- Develop new Python applications for internal and external clients.
- Add new functionalities and features to existing projects with limited maintenance work.
- Build complete, scalable, performant, documented, and tested software solutions.
- Write and maintain unit tests using Python testing libraries.
- Participate in software consulting implementation projects focused on new solutions and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify and implement software technologies and best practices.
- Report R&D project progress, document implementation results, and conduct post-implementation reviews.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience with Python.
- Very good Python knowledge and hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Experience with AWS or Azure.
- Good knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Git and software development tooling.
- Practical knowledge of Pytest or Unittest.
- Knowledge of scalable and performant coding, engineering standards, testing, and software development practices.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, clean code, design patterns, and the software development lifecycle.
- Experience working in international and multicultural projects.
- Logical thinking and the ability to convert complex requirements into actionable code.
- Experience with Node.js, Angular, or React is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations when needed.
