Responsibilities
- Review functional and technical user stories to identify gaps across happy paths, alternate paths, user-error workflows, and system-error workflows.
- Work with business and QA leads to understand applications and their supporting business processes.
- Organize and lead test-set peer reviews, test-plan reviews, and test-run execution.
- Collaborate with developers, solution architects, and technical leads to understand technical approaches, specifications, and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct compliance audits, risk analysis, and regulatory compliance assessments.
- Support compliance programs, regulatory reporting, privacy and data protection monitoring, cybersecurity risk management, and anti-money laundering assessments.
- Participate in client meetings, compliance training, and the development of risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2–4 years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- Ability to uphold quality assurance and testing frameworks, standards, best practices, and protocols.
- Proficiency with test management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, and XRAY.
- Ability to author Agile test plans and requirements traceability matrices.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks, regulatory standards, cybersecurity risk management, data analysis, and compliance program maintenance.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in diverse teams.
