Responsibilities
- Design and execute test strategies based on functional specifications and business workflows.
- Develop, document, and maintain automated test cases for web applications.
- Integrate automated tests with CI pipelines.
- Conduct exploratory and acceptance testing for new and existing features.
- Analyze test results, investigate failures, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
- Suggest improvements to increase test effectiveness and reduce manual testing.
- Participate in peer reviews and share QA best practices.
- Identify gaps and optimize QA processes, automation frameworks, and product quality.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of software testing experience focused on web application automation.
- Knowledge and experience with C# or Java, API web services, and REST API.
- Proficiency with test design practices and techniques.
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver or similar automation frameworks.
- Detail-oriented and analytical approach with a focus on product quality and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with Acumatica ERP or other enterprise software systems is a bonus.
- Experience with Bamboo, Git, SQL, and database validation is a bonus.
- Experience applying AI tools to improve test coverage, automate repetitive tasks, or analyze defects is a bonus.
- Demonstrated initiative in driving testing and automation improvements from concept to completion.
