Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed test plans, testing strategies, test cases, and test scripts.
- Build and maintain automated test frameworks for backend services and frontend components.
- Perform manual exploratory, usability, edge-case, functional, regression, integration, performance, and API testing.
- Automate API and end-to-end validation testing.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify, document, track, and help resolve software defects.
- Analyze HTTP logs, status codes, and network traces for debugging and root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with QA, development, and product teams to understand application architecture and functionality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CIS or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of software quality assurance experience with both automated and manual testing.
- Experience with applications developed in Python, Golang, Angular, and React.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Pytest, Python requests, Rest Assured, or comparable automation frameworks.
- Strong API automation and testing experience.
- Knowledge of software QA methodologies, test planning, estimation, defect lifecycle management, and testing strategies.
- Experience with Splunk, browser DevTools, Postman, GitHub, Jira, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, AWS, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and across QA, development, and product teams.
- Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber, test data management, and environment setup is a plus.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, and English-language skills.
