Base Salary
$200k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical solutions across multiple classification environments with customers and internal teams.
- Develop and troubleshoot GitLab and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines with security scanning and STIG compliance validation.
- Create and maintain CloudFormation-based Infrastructure as Code for secure, highly available DevSecOps infrastructure across AWS environments.
- Automate and manage production Kubernetes or OpenShift clusters in on-premises and cloud environments.
- Analyze Linux and application logs, conduct root cause analysis, and develop mitigation strategies for service degradation.
- Guide development teams on secure coding, STIG compliance, vulnerability remediation, and ATO efforts.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, IaC practices, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Poly.
- Certification satisfying DoD 8140/8570 requirements, such as Security+ or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience as a DevSecOps Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar.
- Strong hands-on Linux experience.
- Experience deploying and managing production Kubernetes or OpenShift clusters through automation with Ansible, Terraform, and/or CloudFormation.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, such as GitLab or equivalent, and containerization.
- Experience with Helm chart development and STIGs is preferred.
