Base Salary
$175k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customer teams and executives to identify and scope high-value AI opportunities.
- Map processes, connect systems, and structure data so agents run reliably in customer environments.
- Build, test, deploy, and iterate on Gumloop agents while measuring adoption and business impact.
- Partner with Customer Success and Education to enable customers to take ownership and expand usage.
- Turn deployment learnings into reusable patterns and feedback for Product and Engineering.
- Travel to customer sites as needed, up to approximately 30%.
Requirements
- Approximately 4+ years of technical experience shipping useful agents or connected systems beyond prototypes.
- A technical foundation in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Experience deploying or implementing software in enterprise environments, including process mapping and working with customer data.
- Comfort building and debugging with JSON, JavaScript, Git, MCPs, and data structures.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences, from frontline users to executives.
- Strong judgment and ability to work hands-on through ambiguity.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for onsite customer work.
- Preferred experience includes consulting, professional services, implementation, Forward Deployed Engineering, solutions engineering, deployment engineering, agent tooling, MCP servers, or production LLM workflows.
