Responsibilities
- Architect and implement AI solutions within SAP systems to improve business processes and decision-making.
- Design and deploy scalable, secure, high-performing AI applications on SAP BTP.
- Use SAP Generative AI Hub, SAP AI Core, SAP AI Business Services, SAP Integration Suite, and other SAP BTP services to build solutions.
- Develop and manage APIs and integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Use SAP BTP for data orchestration, analytics, and machine learning model deployment.
- Collaborate with business, solution, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify AI automation opportunities and align architectures with business outcomes.
- Optimize SAP systems for AI-driven analytics, predictive insights, and real-time decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security standards, and SAP best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and SAP BTP advancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 10–15 years of applicable technical experience.
- Proven experience as an SAP Architect with expertise in AI technologies and SAP BTP.
- Proficiency with SAP AI Core, SAP AI Business Services, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Extension Suite.
- Strong knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, Python, and Java.
- Familiarity with SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Data Intelligence, SAP Analytics Cloud, Vector Engines, Knowledge Graphs, A2A, and MCP technologies.
- Front-end knowledge including JavaScript, HTML, Fiori Web Components, and calling APIs.
- Knowledge of data governance, security best practices, SAP Fiori application development, generative AI, and prompt engineering.
- Strong business process acumen and the ability to address industry-specific business challenges.
- Fluency in English and Japanese.
- SAP BTP or relevant SAP certification is preferred.
- Experience integrating and extending SAP S/4HANA using SAP BTP is preferred.
- Experience with end-to-end business process design and realization across SAP Business Suite solutions and at least one industry domain is preferred.
- Ability to translate business process requirements and desired outcomes into AI-driven technical designs and solution architectures is preferred.
