Responsibilities
- Design and demonstrate Microsoft 365 Copilot and agent solutions, including architecture, planning, and adoption strategies for complex customer requirements.
- Develop cross-workload Copilot and agent strategies, communicate Japanese market insights, and share competitive strategy with product and engineering teams.
- Engage customer technical decision-makers, lead complex technical discussions, define AX/DX goals, and resolve technical blockers.
- Drive partner collaboration and use partners to scale market strategy.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus 4+ years of technical presales or consulting experience; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years, 8+ years without a specified degree, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of technical presales, technical consulting, or related experience, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience with cloud and hybrid environments, architecture design, migrations, business consulting, and/or technology management.
- Business-level English and native-level Japanese proficiency.
