Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into effective software designs.
- Design and implement scalable software architectures.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective solutions.
- Support integration techniques and data flow between financial systems.
- Provide subject matter expertise, advisory guidance, and solutions spanning multiple teams and business areas.
- Participate in team decisions and collaborate with multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
- Evaluate and improve software development processes for quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of experience in Oracle Financials.
- Proficiency in Oracle Financials is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between financial systems.
- Strong influencing, advisory, collaboration, and subject matter expertise capabilities.
