Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, including configuration, integrations, and releases.
- Set and enforce platform standards to maintain system stability, performance, efficiency, and reliability.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Develop and implement platform best practices and scalable, sustainable solutions.
- Coordinate communication between technical teams and business units.
- Mentor and support team members’ professional growth and skills development.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.
- Experience managing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Ability to oversee release management with minimal disruption and high quality.
- Familiarity with establishing and enforcing platform standards for system stability and performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on scalable and sustainable solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
