Responsibilities
- Build scalable full-stack systems for insurance coverage, healthcare products, contracts, pricing, billing dependencies, and renewals.
- Develop real-time tools that help sales teams customize coverage, calculate pricing, and generate contracts.
- Build an AI-assisted acquisition engine and automated renewal system.
- Collaborate with insurance experts, business specialists, sales teams, and engineering teams.
- Own technical initiatives, influence product direction, and mentor other engineers.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building scalable backend systems.
- Experience working on high-traffic applications relied upon by real users.
- Demonstrated career progression with increasing responsibility, scope, and impact.
- Ability to turn complex problems into elegant solutions and understand the business rationale behind technical work.
- Interest in healthcare technology and understanding of insurance as a means of improving access to care.
