Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and define the technical architecture and infrastructure for digital solutions.
- Write code, develop software components, and implement complex functionalities.
- Make high-level architectural decisions and propose design patterns with development teams and stakeholders.
- Design complex features, optimize performance, and ensure code efficiency.
- Integrate software components and systems for seamless interoperability.
- Contribute to the technical direction and innovation of digital engineering projects.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing digital solutions and systems.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
- Alternatively, a high school diploma or GED plus 4 years of relevant experience qualifies.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Growth mindset, agility, and ability to develop yourself and others.
- Planning, delivery, and support execution skills.
- Certified Systems Engineering Professional certification is preferred.
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer certification is preferred.
