Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and Golang.
- Write clean, efficient, testable, and documented code, including unit tests.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Build, deploy, and manage microservices using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitor and optimize PostgreSQL queries and schema design.
- Collaborate with QA, product managers, and engineering teammates to deliver features.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning.
- Apply test-driven development principles and cloud-native development practices.
- Address complex problems with original code and follow software security fundamentals.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on backend development experience using Python and Go.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and service-oriented architecture.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Basic understanding of cloud-native application development and deployment.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of software security fundamentals and strong problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Kafka, SQS, React, unit-testing frameworks, and Maven or Gradle.
- Strong collaboration, ownership, urgency, and willingness to learn.
