Responsibilities
- Serve as the main technical voice for 1-5 major clients.
- Lead clients on a transformational journey to adopt Databricks solutions.
- Implement technical strategies aligned with client needs.
- Build a movement of technical champions within client organizations.
- Provide structured mentorship to team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with large accounts in the Retail and CPG space.
- 3+ years in a pre-sales or sales support role.
- Strong technical background in big data, data science, and cloud technologies.
- Experience in data-driven business transformation.
- 3+ years of design and implementation experience in big data technologies.
- Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
- Databricks Certification is a plus.
