Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Run enablement and discovery sessions to identify workflow friction and opportunities.
- Build custom tools and automations tailored to high-value workflows.
- Coach teams towards self-sufficiency in AI integration.
- Monitor adoption and quality of AI solutions during engagements.
- Document tools and playbooks for reuse across teams.
- Share wins and track progress against maturity models.
- Recognize when to rotate to the next function.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in analytical thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools and workflows.
- Experience running stakeholder research and translating findings into actionable plans.
- Technical fluency to engage on integration architecture and evaluate outputs.
- Proven track record of coaching and enabling others.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in marketing, finance, HR, legal, or operations.
