Responsibilities
- Build and deliver scalable, highly reliable front-end and back-end features for the learning platform.
- Develop quizzes, mini-games, interactive layouts, custom themes, personalized courses, user learning paths, and agentic workflows.
- Own product work from concept through final delivery and contribute to roadmap planning and execution.
- Improve performance and make architectural decisions that support system reliability at high scale.
- Lead significant end-to-end technical projects and provide technical leadership and mentorship to other developers.
- Contribute to team practices and help upskill peers.
Requirements
- At least a decade of software engineering experience and established senior-level expertise.
- Deep full-stack development experience using Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Strong product mindset and a passion for creating high-quality, user-valued products.
- Experience leading end-to-end projects, breaking down execution plans, and mentoring developers.
- Ability to manage broad accountability, switch contexts, and solve complex scalability challenges.
- An AI-native mindset, including professional or hobby use of AI tools.
- Hands-on GraphQL and MongoDB experience is a bonus.
