Deployment Strategist (UK Defence)

- Understand customers’ critical objectives and translate them into strategic, data-driven solutions.
- Build operationalized workflows on enterprise data that end users can use to change business operations.
- Write code and ship production software from scratch.
- Develop innovative solutions directly with enterprise clients to drive operational change.
- Iterate quickly and own delivery outcomes across customer implementation projects.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout solution development and deployment.
Requirements
- Strong customer-centric problem-solving skills and commitment to customer success.
- Exceptional analytical ability to deconstruct complex problems and create high-impact solutions.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of project outcomes.
- Experience managing and deriving insights from structured and unstructured large-scale datasets in production environments.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel for client implementation work, typically 10–33% of project time.
- Current UK security clearance, previously held clearance, or eligibility to obtain clearance is strongly preferred.
- Experience delivering production enterprise AI solutions is preferred but not required.
- Experience with Palantir Foundry and/or AIP is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with or proficiency in TypeScript or Python is preferred but not required.
