Responsibilities
- Translate business challenges into target-state cloud platforms across Azure, GCP, and AWS.
- Design and deploy enterprise Kubernetes platforms, GitOps delivery, self-service developer environments, and secure landing zones.
- Build CI/CD pipelines and implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm.
- Support platforms hosting generative AI systems, including LLM hosting, LLM gateways, and agentic workflows.
- Implement platform security, access controls, namespace segmentation, managed identities, secrets management, policy-as-code, and compliance controls.
- Manage SSL/TLS certificates, DNS zones, connectivity, and secure network access to endpoints.
- Guide legacy application modernization, containerization, microservices migrations, and API integrations.
- Instrument platforms with Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry.
- Define architectural standards and guardrails, contribute code and automated blueprints, and share deployment learnings with core platform teams.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor and work on customer premises or travel as required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in solution and platform architecture delivering client-facing infrastructure modernizations.
- Hands-on expertise with Azure, GCP, and/or AWS, including landing zones, networking, IAM, and cost controls.
- Production experience with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Terraform, and Helm.
- Hands-on experience implementing end-to-end platform security, including CI/CD security tooling, Kubernetes segmentation, managed identities, and secure hyperscaler access.
- Experience with SSL/TLS certificate management, DNS zone administration, and secure endpoint network access.
- Knowledge of Git, GitHub, microservices, and API architectures.
- Practical experience with Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry.
- Working knowledge of generative AI platforms, LLM hosting, LLM gateways such as LiteLLM, Portkey, and Kong AI Gateway, and MLOps/LLMOps practices.
- Preferred familiarity with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, agentic AI deployment, LLM governance, privacy, guardrails, and responsible-use controls.
- Preferred experience with client modernization programs, platform guardrails, risk frameworks, enterprise IT, and technical consulting.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and willingness to travel or work at customer premises.
