Responsibilities

Lead the full customer deployment lifecycle from discovery through production launch.
Work with customer operations teams to map workflows and identify adoption barriers.
Convert customer processes into AI-driven workflows on the platform.
Build and rapidly iterate customer-tailored prototypes based on real feedback.
Feed deployment insights into product development planning.
Develop standardized approaches and reusable components from recurring engagement patterns.

Have 1 to 6 years of experience shipping production software.
Demonstrate strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js, with hands-on experience in NestJS, Postgres, Prisma, and React.
Have experience working directly with customers to scope, prototype, and iterate on technical deliverables.
Forward-deployed engineering or solutions engineering experience is strongly preferred.
Demonstrate empathy for and understanding of private-market operations workflows.
Be comfortable working in a small team with significant ownership and initiative.
Background in private markets, fund accounting, or financial operations is a plus.

Salary range of 70,000 to 110,000 EUR annually.
Visa sponsorship is available.
On-site role based in Berlin, Germany, with close in-person collaboration from the Berlin office.
